My name is Darryl Slim and I am a wellness mentor. 

I am Tangle Clan on my mother's side.

I am Manygoats Clan on my father's side.

I am Bitter Water Clan on my paternal grandparent side.

I am Walking With Others Clan on my maternal grandparent side.

I grew up in Sand Springs and Pinon on the Diné (Navajo) Nation.

I learned traditional medicine from my grandparents Danny and Aurora Joe.

Prior to focusing on wellness mentoring full-time, I owned a successful heavy equipment construction company. 

I was honored to receive American Indian Business of the Year in 2010 from the American Indian Chamber of Commerce.

I live with my family in Mesa, Arizona. I love to listen and share with all the earth's relatives, water my plants and play with my three dogs.
